Smith Creek Ranch are active members of the military and veteran community, as well as the Upstate community. We established Project Victory Gardens to provide organic healthy life style, animal therapy, and Farm to Table Education for military, veterans, and their communities. Scott is the Founding President and Cindy is the Communications Director of the Farmer Veteran Coalition of Providence in Rhode Island. In their spare time they are both pursuing PhDs at Clemson University focused on veterans in agriculture. After a combined 20 moves and decades spent overseas and in combat zones, we never take for granted a morning when they wake up on their farm….
